Just like the OD-9 Overdrive, it is entirely analog and equipped with JRC 4558 D circuits. It is however equipped with a booster and has an internal switch allowing the current to be converted internally from 9 Volts to 18 Volts, allowing better signal reproduction. WARNING: the characteristics of its circuit do not always allow it to share a power supply with other pedals, in this case use a dedicated power supply.
