All our instruments go through quality control before being sent to you.
You regularly ask us what this control looks like, and how the instruments are checked before being shipped. So we took the time to make you a little gallery, to ensure the inspection and adjustment of your instrument.

This work consists in controlling the vital organs: electronic, mechanical, frets, but also the harmonic accuracy, the height of the strings, the adjustment of the neck and the violin making.
The goal is to send you an instrument ready to play and you have no unpleasant surprises when unpacking.

We make it a point of honor that your instruments arrive in the best possible conditions. This is why all our guitars are checked before shipment by our team of experts.

In our workshops located in Strasbourg, we control each guitar by following a very precise process. Our experienced guitar preparers check every detail of the products after receipt (aesthetic appearance, playability, sound, etc.) and adjust the equipment before shipping. The goal: to guarantee you an impeccable instrument.

Whether you are a bass player, an acoustic or an electric guitarist, by purchasing your equipment in the Music Shop, you can be sure that you can immediately and fully use your instrument as soon as it is unpacked !
