-BL is reborn by integrating the latest distilled technologies into successful products such as KingKORG, kaossilator, kaoss pad, and taktile. The 200 pattern presets cover House and Techno movements as well as the latest dance music trends like Trap and EDM. Another major development that the new electribes are incorporating is polyphonic playback, which is essential for current styles using complex chord progressions like House.

An advanced step sequencer Using the 16 pads on the front, you can intuitively create patterns while listening and seeing what you are creating. You can use the pads as a keyboard to record phrases in real time, or work in step recording by entering note and time values for each step. The patterns you create can be used alternately in two modes, thus benefiting from the advantages of step jump which you will also find on the volca series, or in Last step mode to vary the duration of each part. You also have the motion sequence function, allowing you to record the automations of the knobs and buttons within your patterns. Drums or synthesizers can now be assigned to each of the 16 parts. For example you can create complex rhythms by assigning the drums to the 16 parts.
