Rack-mounted stereo decimator noise reduction system with dynamic filter and downward expander. The Decimator Pro Rack G has been designed to deliver the best rack noise reduction performance specifically for high gain guitar amps. It is the only system specifically designed with 2 channels for guitar applications: a noise reduction channel running directly on the guitar and a second channel which eliminates noise from the amplifier gain. The first channel eliminates buzzing, buzzing, stage light noise as well as any noise picked up by the guitar itself. Its output plugs directly into the amp. The second channel control circuitry senses and tracks the guitar signal directly while the audio signal is plugged into the amp's effects loop, making it possible to reduce any type of noise with any amplification system including an effects loop (in series). The Decimator Pro Rack G will also solve the typical feedback / feedback problem specific to high gain amps. With the Decimator Pro Rack G, you also no longer need to constantly adjust the noise reduction threshold every time you change the gain of your sound or the channel of your amp. By using the guitar signal to control its 2 channel level detection circuitry, the Pro Rack G no longer needs adjustment once it has been adjusted for the guitar input.
